Legal Counsel Legal Shanghai ChinaJob descriptionJob description
- Draft, review and revise various company contracts, agreements and other legal documents, and participate in contract negotiations;
- Deal with company intellectual property application matters;
- Assist in handling legal matters in company’s financing and BD deals;
- Provide legal advices and support to the company’s business departments and identify and prevent legal risks in business operations;
- Assist in formulating and optimizing company’s internal rules and guidelines;
- Other tasks assigned from time to time.
Job requirements- Holding a bachelor or higher degree in law.
- 1-2 years’ full-time work experience in healthcare industry or law firms, and those having working experience related to patent application and early-stage drug R&D are preferred;
- Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and logical thinking, process learning agility and execution skills, positive work attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure.
- Good English reading and writing and fluent English speaking skill is a plus;

Regulatory Affairs Manager Clinical Shanghai ChinaJob descriptionJob description
- Develop the regulatory strategies from the drug full life-cycle management perspective;
- Lead the preparation and submission of IND/NDA dossiers and interactions with regulatory authorities in China, US, EU countries etc.;
- Provide regulatory review and approval for responses required by NMPA, FDA and EMA, and/or authorities of other countries/regions;
- Provide regulatory inputs into assigned sections of the clinical development plan;
- Closely collaborate with internal cross-functions and external partners or CROs to ensure smooth progresses of the assigned projects or tasks;
- Maintain the process and system related to regulatory submission and archiving;
- Keep project teams posted on the health authorities’ regulation update and public consultation;
- Establish, update and review correlative SOPs to facilitate RA actions;
Job requirements- Hold a college qualification (Master degree in medical or pharmaceutical fields or equivalent is preferred);
- Have solid regulatory affairs experience in the pharmaceutical industry gained from muti-national companies or biotech companies (≥5 years is preferred);
- Have hands-on experience of pre-IND and IND submission to NMPA or FDA;
- Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin;
- Good project management skills;
- Good team spirit.

Protein Chemistry Scientist Discovery Shanghai ChinaJob descriptionJob description
- Antibody developability assessment is mandatory, including antibody’s structural characterization, including intact mass, sequence confirmation, PTM and Glycan profiling, stability characterization, including: SDS-PAGE, SEC, HIC, CE-SDS and iCIEF.
- Recombinant protein purification on AKTA or other high-throughput antibody purification system is required occasionally.
- Keep laboratory records and present data to the project team.
Job requirements- Ph.D. or M.Sc. in pharmaceutical analysis, protein chemistry, biology, biochemistry, structural biology or related fields.
- Protein QC experience including SEC/HIC/Glycan profiling/CE-SDS/iCIEF by using HPLC/UPLC/Maurice. Familiar with different chromatography methods to analyze protein is preferred.
- Experience in protein conformational and thermal stability analysis is a plus, Tm /Tagg/Tonset /KD detection.

In Vivo Pharmacology Senior Scientist Discovery Shanghai ChinaJob descriptionJob description
- Lead by line function leader, to deliver an in vivo pharmacology strategy to support program needs; to deliver high quality in vivo pharmacology studies, data packages and study reports for assigned projects; to build in-house technical capabilities in a fast-paced work environment as necessary.
- To build strong collaborations with and external partners and CRO companies, and to be accountable for guiding CROs to deliver high quality studies.
Job requirements- Ph.D./Master/Bachelor’s degree in pharmacology or related fields; immunology and oncology background preferred but not mandatory.
- At least two years of proven in vivo pharmacology experience including CDX, PDX, GEMM, and humanized PBMC/CD34+ cell models. Solid training in cell culture, mouse handling, tumor inoculation, iv, ip, sc dosing, tumor measurements, humane sacrifice of animals and dissection of tumor and other tissues are mandatory. Additional expertise, e.g., ELISA, flow cytometry, histopathology, ‘omics approaches etc., are a plus.
- Highly motivated, independent thinking and highly collaborative with multidisciplinary matrix teams.
